Growth and visits
Add weight, length and head measurements, see weight and length over time alongside WHO reference bands, and keep notes from doctor visits.
Care and vaccines
Log feeds, sleep and diapers as they happen. Keep a record of vaccines alongside an IAP-based schedule, then confirm timing with your baby’s clinician.
Firsts worth keeping
Save milestone dates, photos and journal entries. If you have more than one baby, choose whose records you’re viewing.
A chart is a conversation starter
Babies grow at their own pace. Measurements and reference bands are useful for following a pattern, not for diagnosing a problem from one number. If you are worried about feeding, growth or development, speak to your baby’s health professional rather than relying on an app or waiting for a milestone date.
