Is it normal to feel no symptoms at all in the first trimester?

If 'no symptoms' is making you anxious, try writing down the worry and taking it to your next appointment instead of searching late at night.

Having few symptoms is common and usually doesn't mean anything is wrong. Your scan and doctor's check-ups are the real measure.

Do call your doctor for bleeding, cramping that doesn't settle, or one-sided pain.
